We help you obtain a study permit in Spain and, later on, a work permit. Whether you decide to take a course that grants you a work permit or a shorter one without a permit, we manage the entire process to give you the support you deserve.
🧑🎓 Modification from Studies to Residence or Work
Residence and work after completing your studies. You can do this with an employment contract or as a self-employed person. In addition, while the process is being resolved, you automatically maintain your student status by law.
If you are married, in a common-law relationship, or are an ascendant or descendant of a Spanish citizen (or his or her partner), you can apply for family roots. It is not necessary to prove financial means, and it grants you 5 years of residence and a work permit.
If you are an EU citizen, this is your option. Within the first 90 days of your stay, and with the resolution, which has retroactive effects, you can start working. In addition, it allows 5 years of residence, and you can start from your country of origin.
Family comes first, and we will support you throughout the entire family reunification process. The benefits are clear: your family members will have a residence and work permit and access to the health and education system.
